    a. Approve Minutes for December 9, 2015

  4. Regular Agenda — The Council may take action on the following items:
    a. (7:15 p.m.)** Montara Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Improvement Project at Montara Lighthouse/16th Street** (Calderon) — Briefing on the San Mateo County Transportation Authority Measure A Bicycle and Pedestrian Program grant application submitted to fund the design, permitting, and construction of the Preliminary Planning Studies’ Preferred Alternative for a pedestrian crossing at 16th Street in Montara.

Desired outcome: Informational.

b. (7:30 p.m.) Midcoast Multi-Modal Trail (Highway 1 Parallel Trail) Crossings (Calderon) — Presentation by the County on the Midcoast Multi-Modal Trail’s conceptual crossings for side streets leading to Highway 1. Conceptual designs include features requested by the MCC and public during the September 23, 2015, MCC meeting.

Desired outcome: Feedback to further develop the conceptual designs.
