Afternoon Tea Party for Seniors
Stop by the New Leaf Community Classroom and enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and sample fresh-baked treats from our bakery. Meet friends and make new ones. Join us the first Wednesday of every month. 3-4pm, Free.

Managing Stress through Meditation
2-part class. Join Linda Romano for a two-part class and learn basic skills for developing a meditation practice at home for greater peace and focus in your daily life. Meets Tuesdays, Jan 12 and 26, 10am-10:45am, Free. Preregistration suggested.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga
3-part class. Join Samantha Corsiglia for a comprehensive course that will address the daily changing needs of your body.
