NWS: San Francisco has 40% chance of wetter than usual winter

I’ve been concerned that even if there were an El Niño this winter, we wouldn’t see any of the rain in Northern California, so this comes as good news:

The odds of a wet winter further north are increasing too. San Francisco has more than a 40% chance of a wet winter, 33% chance of a normal winter and less than a 27% chance of a dry winter.
